The hotel lacks basic commodities such as a hair dryer, shampoo, and even a TV.

The Wi-Fi was not very reliable, which made it challenging to keep in touch with family and friends back home. we found that the pool area was often in the shade, which meant that we couldn't enjoy lounging by the pool as much as we would have liked.
